Holiday Home Adalia is a holiday home located in the immediate vicinity of the Slovenian border, not far from the Spa of Sv. Martin (3.6 km away), in the hilly part of Gornje Međimurje, which is often called the garden of healthy pleasures and is part of the UNESCO biosphere reserve Mura - Drava - Danube.
It is intended for all of you who first want to take a break from everyday stress, obligations, and people, or just want to relax your soul and body in solitude or with your loved ones and enjoy in peace the beautiful nature of Međimurje, green hills enriched with many vineyards, orchards, forests and other natural beauties that surround it and which, in each new season, dress it in a different outfit.

Dear future guests, we are proud and grateful to present you with our new vacation spot - Holiday Home Adalia. You wonder where this name came from! Thanks to them for helping us make the right decision, We named our house in their honor. Exactly to those little unannounced "occupiers" - ladybugs! The name comes from the Latin name for a type of ladybug (Adalia bipunctata, i.e. two-pointed ladybird).
To all of you who decide to spend vacation in Adalia, we promise that you will surely find a reason known only to you for choosing it, and we hope that it will meet your expectations. We also promise that our little ladybugs will not disturb you during your vacation, and if you are lucky enough, one may land on you - after all, they are a sign of happiness and well-being, and in many cultures they believe that they free you from everyday problems... and for everything else, we are there.
Acommodation
House Adalia is stylishly and modernly furnished for a pleasant vacation for up to 6 guests. It consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and an extra bed, the other with 2 pull-out beds that can be used as double beds with air conditioning. Guests have at their disposal 2 bathrooms with a shower, one of which is located in the central area with a washing machine, and the other in the Adalia SPA, where there is also a Jacuzzi for 5 people, a sauna, a coffee machine, a sofa, all air-conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is an LCD TV in the living room and the space is air-conditioned. The house is covered by WiFi signal.
The house has a large and spacious terrace with a table and chairs for 6 people, there is also a table football. Guests have at their disposal a covered grill with a kitchen (Peka, Razanj, Grill) where they can prepare fresh meals for family and friends. As for outdoor facilities, the Adalia house offers its guests badminton, table football, swings, a sand playground for children, two bicycles (by arrangement) and 4 parking spaces.
The total area of the house is 140 m2. Enjoy the garden of 6500 m², of which about 4500 m2 where the Lopatari deer are located, which is completely fenced.

Međimurje
In the northernmost part of Croatia, between the Drava and Mura, with green hills and rich plains, there is a charming little place called Medjimurje. Both simple and splendid, its uniqueness has always amazed people and it proudly bears the name of „Cvjetnjak Hrvatske” (Croatia’s flower garden). Just a step away from major European cities, the perfect combination of traditional and modern with a lot to offer has evolved from rich cultural-historical foundations. Not surprisingly the most densely populated area in Croatia is home to pozojs (dragons), the purest gold in the world which shines from river sandbars, excellent food accompanied by extraordinary wine. Whether you’re a traveler or a passerby, coming on your own or in a company, on business or holiday, you are bound to find what you’re looking for here.
Two natural-geographical elements can be distinguished clearly in Medjimurje: hilly upper and plain lower Medjimurje which both create its diverse and beautiful scenery. Whether you are a bird-lover, fisherman, photographer, cyclist or you just want to rest your eyes, you will be amazed by the green hillocks with thousands of vineyards, the river Mura’s meanders, and Drava’s sandbars, fertile fields, forests, and colorful meadows.
Nature lovers will be particularly excited to enjoy the regional nature park between the Mura and Drava, floodplain forest along the Mura, Drava’s former river course, habitats of diverse flora and fauna, many of which are rare species (butterfly Scarce Large Blue, fish European mudminnow, plants black Small Pasque Flower and Snake’s Head) as well as many other valuable specimens of nature in Medjimurje.
